Common Questions
When am I charged?
All subscription plans include a free trial period. Your first payment is on 1st July 2026, then monthly on the 1st of each month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard before then.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All plans are monthly and can be cancelled from your dashboard at any point. There are no long-term contracts or exit fees.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. Payments are encrypted end-to-end.
Can I have multiple roles?
Yes — for example, a Supplier can also run Advertiser slots. Each service is billed independently and managed from your dashboard.
